They are responsive by text, and the turn-around repair time for my simple problem on my Yamaha keyboard (a stuck key) was just one day. At least one other shop quoted a 4 week wait, and yet another shop didn't respond to my initial inquiry for two days. Drop off and pick-up of my keyboard was simple and no-fuss.

I had a super great experience. Before going there the reviews were very bi-modal (a lot of 5's and a some 1-2's ... not much 3 or 4) so I didn't know what to expect. I experienced great communication and documentation of the process. quick repair (it wasn't straightforward either), and reasonable price.Highly recommended.

Proprietor is a great guy who is straight with you about what needs to be done to repair an instrument or amplifier and doesn't overcharge. Highly recommended! Heads-up, he is only working by appointment only, so call or text first.
