We have been taking our 2 year old shih tzu, Lucky, to Piedmont Hills Animal Hospital since he was a puppy. Our close friend recommended them, telling us that the Vets listened to her concerns as well as helped her avoid pricey and unnecessary tests with her little dog. Not only have the staff always been warm and considerate with him, they also are very responsible when we have boarded him overnight. We have had family vacations for several days to a week and have never had anything but positive experiences. I got my pup's vaccination shots here and the nurses were friendly! I'm sure they gave great care to my pup since she was energetic after her shots. Thanks to these great experiences, I'll be coming back to have her spayed here!

I've been going to this place for a few years (haven't counted the years) and up to my last experience, I've been very happy. But a recent experience has caused me to consider going elsewhere. I do so with heavy heart. What happened? I had 2 very old papillon dogs. One recently died of old age, leaving the other alone. The other, also aged, is deaf, and has cataracts. I boarded him at this facility thinking they know him and have his history plus this is his vet! I thought, this isn't just any boarding facility. It is linked to a veterinary practice.
