We recently had Mr. Reliable replace a sink and faucet for us, and overall they did a very good job. Even though some minor damage occurred during the installation, the owner took immediate responsibility for the issue and personally spent time locating replacement tile to remedy the damage and make things right.
That level of integrity, accountability, and customer service is greatly appreciated and not something you see every day. We appreciated the professionalism and willingness to stand behind their work. We would definitely recommend them to others looking for a plumbing company that cares about their customers and takes pride in doing the right thing.
One of those home repair experiences that makes you wish all of them went that smoothly. A brief inspection of the job followed by a trip to the truck to get the proper tools, the right skills for the job, and the job is finished. Neat, clean and delivered in a cordial, professional manner at a reasonable price. Exactly how you wish every job would turn out.
Art did a great job fixing our sump pumps at our complex. He was very prompt in returning messages and did an outstanding job following through with everything needed. I would highly recommend working with him.
