A wonderful experience with fabulous results. Both Micheal and Lina came up with so many great design solutions. Michael was so good at finding better ways to implement our requests. He worked with our builders and they have recently recommended him to a mutual friend of ours for her renovation.Michael’s communication is great. Materials and fittings are wonderful quality. We enjoy our kitchen so much and get compliments on it every time. We know the company has had challenges with Covid and getting enough workers in the Bay Area. If you ask me to describe my experiences with ML Cabinets, I would say it was like hiking. The hike was long and hard, but the gorgeous view when I reached the top made it all worth it. Leena and Michael were very helpful and responsive during the planning and designing process. We had to wait about a month longer than expected to get the cabinets, which I kinda got used to when remodeling during the pandemic (everything is delayed!). When we finally received the cabinets, there were issues with finish (paint) and size. Michael took multiple trips to our home to fix it, which took about another month. It took lot of time and patience but in the end my kitchen came out gorgeous and has been holding up very well after 4 months. All of our visitors are impressed. I hope ML Cabinets will be able to figure out how to better navigate during the pandemic and improve on quality control. Other than that great job! and thank you for standing up to your products. After going to the bigger cabinet places, we could not find the vendor that will satisfy our needs, so we tried ML Cabinets. Lina and Michael are very pleasant to deal with. They spent lots of time with us on the design of our kitchen. After giving them the measurement of the space for our cabinetry, Lina designed the layout and customized the sizes of each cabinet to our liking. After about a week of deciding to go with ML Cabinets and have fully customized cabinets, Michael took measurements at our house to confirm the measurements we provided. Since ML does custom cabinetry, there is obviously lead-time to get the cabinets fabricated. ML uses materials made and manufactured in the USA only. The promised 4-week lead time was met and the cabinets were delivered on time. After installation of the cabinets by our contractor, Michael came to the house to install hinge that was initially incorrect for a coffee station. He noticed that a couple doors needed some repainting due to scratches/imperfections and adjustments. He took them back and came back a few days later to re-install them. I recommend ML Cabinets if you like quality cabinets.
