I had my first lyra class today and I learned so much more than I expected for my first day. Jo is an amazing instructor and they’re so nice and good at explaining and teaching, and they pay attention to every student and you can always ask for help

Amazing studio and pole instructors. The environment is very welcoming for all. I highly recommend trying out this location in addition to the brand new Santa Clara location on Monroe. Thanks Ly!

Was nervous about showing up to my first pole dance lesson, but Yisha greeted my sister and I at the San Jose studio and made us feel comfortable right away! She's an amazing instructor with great energy. Vibes were immaculate. I'm sore from head to toe in the best way possible--definitely coming back!!

With the best team of pole and aerials instructors in the Bay Area, you will build a strong foundation of pole dancing, aerial skills (silks, hoop, flying pole etc...) and partner acrobatics while advancing your dance movements and gymnastics skills.
