Leslie seemed irritated that I wanted regular polish, then did a crap job after she couldn’t convince me to get gel. I took the pictures while still in the shop. It looks like I already need a fill on some nails. She put too many layers on too last, I had to stick my hands out the car window on the way to east ridge for them to dry. My pinky smudged while still in the parlor and no one offered to fix it even when I pointed it out... This isn’t the kind of service I expected since I’ve been coming here for a year. I’ll never come to this place again.... They did an even worse job on my wife’s nails, she had worse gaps between her cuticle and the gel, she made them fix it but ended up making the gel look bumpy. And they charged us extra to fix hers.
