We just went to Lush Spaw for the first time today. Elena did such a great job with our Cavachon! The whole experience from booking the appointment online to the check in was easy. They require proof of Rabies vaccination which you can send via text , super simple. Elena took the time to understand how we wanted Biscuit's haircut to be , including the length & overall look we were going for. In 2.5 hours , Biscuit was ready!! The Lush groom Biscuit had today was great. He looked like a million bucks & so happy. Elena let us know how Biscuit did which was also nice. Elena is awesome & so is the front staff. Kelli is the most attentive, caring, experienced, and professional groomer that I have ever met. My doggie has become Kelli's paw friend for at least 4-5 years. She remembers my doggie's special needs and always loving and patient to my senior dog who has arthritis. My doggie is always happy to see Kelli and he walks into the grooming area without turning his head back to me. Kelli, thank you so much for being such an amazing groomer. You are best of the best!

Briana did such an amazing job cutting my Dachshunds hair I'm canceling my trip to Springfield OH! Can't risk her getting eaten! Perfect cut! They always do a good job!! Great price too
