About two months ago, my wife and I started looking for new flooring. When we first walked into the store, we were greeted by Paul. He was super friendly, really knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all of our (many) questions. He showed us a bunch of different options, and we ended up going with a laminate that was on sale. Paul made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Halfway through the job, we realized we were short a few bullnose and some flooring. Antonio (the manager) jumped in and tracked down the bullnose at another store. Our son ended up driving 3 hours one way to pick them up, which kept the project moving.
Really impressive customer service by Antonio and other staff members at Lumber Liquidators . They were knowledgeable and willing to exceed expectations. Thank you very much staff and Lumber Liquidators
