I've used L-One twice now for a fridge repair and a dishwasher repair. Both times they quickly provided arrival windows and arrived promptly. Diagnosed and fixed both issues on the same day.
I recently noticed a problem with my Whirlpool fridge, where the freezer-side gasket was not sealing properly, causing things to repeatedly melt and then freeze again (and probably also making the freezer work overtime, wasting energy). I put out a request on Yelp, and L-One was the first to respond and was able to come by within a couple of hours (other places were suggesting appointments in 1-2 days). The technician who came by communicated clearly via text when he'd arrive, and was very thorough and courteous. L-One tech quickly diagnosed and repaired our ice machine. A month earlier, another company identified the same issue but suggested replacing the entire machine as well, quoting more than twice what L-One charged. I'm glad we waited and got a second opinion--it saved us a lot. I've kept their contact info for any future appliance repairs.
