Darlene was amazing.... should have gone to her first because she had to fix a jacked-up haircut I got the day before by Sandy at Hair Expo (in Campbell) who swore she knew how to cut thick, wavy, hair...but clearly she didn't! Darlene was out of state when I called, but took my call & I sent her pictures of my hair before I went and got it cut up by somebody that didn't know what they were doing and asked her if she could fix it. I showed up today when she was back in the salon where she only comes once a month, and she was able to give me a lovely cut for my 50th High School reunion that's coming up a week from Saturday. Shelly cut my hair after years of me not doing anything to it. It was dead past my shoulders and thinning because of my scalp problems and she gave me the cutest fluffy bob and told me what to use on my hair and how to care for it. My hair cut got the stamp of approval from my grandma as well and it has even started growing back in.

Love this place. My 3 year old got her first haircut here and it went so well. The lady was super patient and laughed at my daughters sass which I loved. Definitely will be taking my daughter here from now on. 10/10
