Water was pouring out of our meter box. I called Knockout Plumbing and they responded to our home earlier than they had predicted. Martin assessed our problem and dispatched Kevin to repair the break. Kevin arrived shortly, completed the repair very efficiently, and he actually returned a while later to turn the water on after the glue was dry. Both Martin and Kevin were respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. We really appreciate Knockout Plumbing and their fine employees.
Everything was fine, the plumber was courteous and knowledgeable and friendly. Friendly. The only odd thing was I didn't get an invoice with the visit. I was told that once my check had been processed it would be sent to me in email. That is unusual, typically a written invoice/estimate is presented before the work is done. Still don't have any proof that your company actually did this work at this time.
Update: I called their office and they emailed me the paperwork.
We had an emergency (Kitchen faucet broke) and Kevin came in and gave us a very fair estimate. He did not try to take advantage of the situation. Then I gave a 10% deposit. When the parts came in after about a week, Kevin came in again and did a very professional job. Also he is very polite and respectful. I would hire him again in a new york minute
