I booked an appointment with Kim to perm my hair wavy today. The shop was busier than usual and Kim was running behind on appointments. She asked me to come back in about 20 minutes, which wasn't an issue at all since I was hungry anyway. Once I came back, Kim was finishing up with her client and seated me within a couple of minutes. I gave her a reference photo of what I wanted my hair to look like and she assured me that the results I was seeking is something she can do. i went in just wanting to get curtain bangs since i just got layers and i was fine with the haircut i already had so i made sure to let her know i only wanted her to fix the bangs, but she started snipping away and now my hair looks really choppy. the lady was nice but now i regret it cus its so uneven :/

Kim treated me really well! It was actually really fast haircut even do I wanted to cut my long hair. But it turned out really well with the layers and curtain bangs which reminded me of a wolf cut. Definitely will come again :)
