I randomly choose dr Ballentine as he was one of the OD's recommended by my insurance company and what a superb choice it was. Highly educated ,experienced and knowledgeable, but after reading his reviews post my appointment and realizing I'm not the only person who feels this way it's his wonderful personality that really stands out, just a very nice, likable person. His front office person is also very nice.overall a wonderful experience.
Dr. Ballentine was so kind and knowledgeable. He took his time to check my eyes thoroughly and did several exams I’d never had done with other doctors. I really felt like he genuinely cared about me and wanted to make sure I received the best care possible. He also explained everything clearly and helped me understand what was going on, so I learned so much in just one visit. He is truly the best, and I’ll definitely be going back to him. Was referred by another eye doctor in VSP since I was looking for someone who would take Medi-Cal. I have some challenges with my eyes and he was able to discern things quickly like my last eye doctor did. He's also laid back. I'll keep coming here even after I get off Medi-Cal as he is very close by. Would give a 10 (holds up a sign).
