Evie is soooooooo awesome! Honestly this is the best highlight job that I have ever had! I have been to many salons that only do partial highlights on me. Evie helped me by doing a full highlight at a blonde level that would go best with my skin tone. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. It's nice when you can get an honest opinion from a stylist expert. I constantly get compliments! Thanks Evie!!! Your the best!!!

2019: still coming faithfully to Debbie, now at her new location! I've added photos, the new location is just a block from the old one, and is amazing!2017: My daughter and I have been coming to Debbie for over 6 years, and we'll keep coming! Clean salon, no issues with street parking in Japantown. Prices are very reasonable, which has allowed me and my daughter flexibility to experiment -- natural colors for me, and vibrant primary colors for my 13 yr old. I had a brow wax with Victoria and am really happy with her work! She asked how I've liked my brows in the past and took the time to map out my angles to match my face structure. It's been about a week since my wax and I haven't experienced any break outs.
