The project involved: (a) upgrading our electrical with smart SPAN panel (b) install new Carrier Air Handler + Heat Pump and (c) Rheems 65 gallon Hybrid Water Heater, and cutting off gas lines to make our house 100% electric.

Eduardo graciously waited on an inconsiderate tenant inorder to handle her heating issue. His patience kept an unfortunate situation from escalating and he went on to expertly replace the furnace component. I am grateful to IRBIS for the quick appointment and their all-around professionalism! Highly recommend!

IRBIS replaced our gas furnace with a heat pump and installed a Carrier air conditioner unit. The entire experience was professional—from the initial estimate and clear explanations to coordinating permits and rebates with the city.
The installation went smoothly. Christian Palomino and Laki completed the work over three days. A larger crew initially planned to finish in two days, but when part of the crew was called to another job, Christian and Laki stayed on it and still met the original timeline they promised.
