I was looking around Santa Clara and San Jose for a fine line tattoo artist. I found Quan’s portfolio on Instagram and knew this was the guy I wanted to talk to - and he absolutely delivered. The place is clean and is easy to find. Thien, who owns the place, is artistic and very knowledgeable in the field. He is detail oriented and listens to his clients wishes. And with this in mind, he creates beautiful (tattoos) art pieces.
