We purchased our hot tub The Spa and Sauna Co. and where very happy with the experience. We worked with Liam, who steered us to the right tub for our family, with no pressure or upselling. Delivery and setup went smoothly. We of course had some questions once we started using the tub and Liam has been helpful each time we've called, encouraging us to keep reaching out as we thought of new questions. I'd definitely recommend these guys if you're shopping for a hot tub.
After many months of research, I pulled the trigger and bought a Sauna from an online store. Long story short - customer service was horrible and I had to dispute my charge, after many attempts at contacting them. I learned.
