The owners stepped up when DoorDash dropped the ball and made sure a flower arrangement got to a funeral service when it needed to. They went above and beyond for us. Will be sending all my business to them in the future.

what i ordered vs what i received…. also was delivered at 9pm on Mother’s Day. Paid $90 for that bouquet. Ordered from FTD flowers, I hope they remove this florist from their vendor list.

I’m only giving them a star because it’s required to leave a review. Don’t even bother buying your followers from this place. They were not the company I would have ordered from, but it was what ProFlowers used as a local florist. What I paid for and what was delivered were two different arrangements. If you didn’t have the flowers and the skills to deliver what was paid for you should have just refunded me my money in full. The arrangement was more greenery than flowers/roses. 3 ROSES when it should have had a dozen. The lily’s that were in the order weren’t in the arrangements, not even one.
