My water bill was extremely high this month and I had no idea why. I called pg&e and they said I had a water leak somewhere in my house. After calling around I decided on USA leak detector because they were able to get me an appointment the same day. They were able to pin point exactly where I had a leak. Steve was able to come out and fix my problem in 20 minutes which end up saving me a lot of money. He was extremely knowledgeable and didnt mind providing insight. I highly suggest them for fast and efficient work I’ll be calling USA leak detector for all my plumbing needs!

Very professional company I had a water leak somewhere on my property. Called another company and they sent me an outrageous bill when I called them. They told me that I had a Water Leak. I never experienced any water leak before in my house living there for 12 years. I then called USA LEAK DETECTOR They literally gave me an appointment the same day. Steve and AJ arrived at my house. They inspected my front yard backyard and found out that it was my toilet that was running. I was grateful that it was nothing major and something so small. AJ showed me exactly how to fix my toilet I just needed a new flapper that was it a easy $10 repair. My water bill went back to normal with no problems. Best of all they only charged me a service call fee not the full leak detection price. STEVE told me it was too easy for them. I really appreciate that. Thank you STEVE..

I’m leaving this review because, after reading all the positive reviews, we truly believed we were dealing with a professional and trustworthy company. I hired them to work on my elderly parents’ home, trusting they would take good care of them.
At the beginning, they promised my mother that the initial quote/visit fee would later be reimbursed or deducted from the final bill if she moved forward with the project. Based on that promise, she agreed to give them the business. However, once the project was completed, they completely backed out of what they had promised and refused to reimburse or deduct the amount as discussed.
What disappointed me most was not just the money, but the lack of integrity. When you send someone to help your elderly parents, you expect honesty, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling misled and taken advantage of.
