I was looking for a new eye clinic since moving to San Jose. This has been by far the most comprehensive and effective exams I have an autoimmune disease and Doctor Walker was on top of the situation. The eye technician Helen along with Christine the office manager and the Receptionist was so helpful with scheduling appointments and helping me find the best glasses for me. The whole team works great together. I would recommend this Doctor and office to anyone in need.

I have been coming to GHO Total Vision LLC for almost 20 years with my family. Dr. Mindy Walker has been a comforting and familiar experience in the business and patients she loves and cares for. And every time, she makes the effort to make sure every one of her patients has the best care possible, and if she can't find a way, she will make a way! She miraculously is able to make anyone's day better. Her work is priceless. She took the time to see me for multiple follow-ups due to my diabetes and vision fluctuation until we achieved the perfect prescription. The manager, Christine Tran, is a hopeful and bright person who lit up the room, always eager to comfort and help patients. She took care of me by helping me choose and purchase my glasses and contact lenses. She spent a careful amount of time making sure my glasses fit me perfectly, and even helped fixing up some old lenses. Which all came out perfect! Optician Technician, Dee, was very sweet in walking me through my pre-testing, and even made sure my glasses and contact lenses were in perfect condition before dispensing them to me. A pro tip for those interested in becoming a patient: make an appointment by calling or scheduling online and have your insurance/ID ready! Walk-ins are a hassle for everyone and sometimes they just can't make time for spontaneous visits. And don't be an asshole to those who *want* to help you and make your life seem a little bit clearer.
