Great experience from the first phone call. Jameson was knowledgable, professional and fun. He very thoroughly inspected the house and showed us what he was finding. He was very clear about different treatment options and once we have decided, he and Richard did a great job and were very carful to leave a few marks as possible around the house (where they had to drill). They offer annual inspections and warranty for 3 years and it is very reassuring. I felt that I can trust them both.
