Just wanted to say thanks to you both from the bottom of our hearts. The mandap, the backdrop, the palanquin, and all the havan related things, plus the Ganeshji, lamps etc, all looked awesome, and for a few days, it felt like being in India, surrounded by our relatives and friends.
Thanks so much for making our ceremony extra special, with all the right products. All the ceremonies went well.

This business is a fraud. Stay away. After I returned my rental equipment, they claimed it was not returned and tried to charge thousands of dollars on my card. Fortunately I got wind of it and shut down my card. Do not give your card to them in any case. If you must do business, pay them by check.

This company is fraud. Stay away. We rented some poles for an exhibition and returned everything to their driver. Then Kamal called and said not all equipment was returned and threatened to charge thousands of dollars to my credit card. Thug and fraud. If you must rent from him, pay him by check. If he has your credit card number, there is no telling what charges will show up. Also he charges 4% more for credit card fees.

Had to write this review even before our event finished. GN rental created magic. They put up a clear tent for our son's wedding this evening at The Gardens at Heather Farm in Walnut Creek. They made it look so good and went the extra length to cover up the water barrels too!!! The worked to the time restrictions of the venue. Kamal-Ji was very considerate and helpful in putting this package together for us. I highly recommend GN rentals !!!!

For folks looking to rent here, "Please make sure to triple confirm pickup/return timelines". I was made to pay double (plus ~5.7% card fee) of what was communicated over phone.I wanted some stuff for my event on one of the Sundays. I called and told them that my event finishes Sunday 5pm and asked them when I should pickup. They told me that they operate only on Sundays, I can pickup one week before and return next week after the event. My friends helped me pickup and everything was fine. On the day of the event, at 4.30PM he calls and tells me that I should return before 6PM that day. I told him that event just finished, everyone is super tired and I can't return it. I tried reasoning that I was told that I can return next week, then he became rude and said he can't allow 2 weeks (it was listed on invoice, etc etc) and asked me to return next morning 9AM-11AM window. I told him its very short notice and its working day, I will not be able to do that. He said he doesn't care and I should return it and hung up.The next morning considering work day, I couldn't make it. He called that afternoon and repeated all the stuff he said previous day. At this point, I told him that I don't want to deal with his rudeness over phone and if needed I'll pay for extra week.The unfortunate part is that he called me next day and repeated same stuff.Quality is fine for a rental. I thought of supporting Indian business and went with them. If I had to do it again, I would just go with professionals.

Contacted this company through their website about a week before our very small event in San Jose at 5pm on 8/12. They emailed back instructions that I should come to their office on the only day they are open, Sunday between 10-5. I called them and explained I live out of the area and could not come down to the office. I asked if I could reserve the items and pick them up on the day of the event, between 1 & 3pm. 'No problem' they said, just call when we are on our way down and they would have someone meet us at the warehouse because they have someone available any day/time for pickup.The night before event, I sent a message we would be down on Saturday around 2:30pm. I texted again Saturday morning to confirm the time. I got a text back that said "Come after 6:00pm". I reminded that our event started at 5:00 and needed to pick up before 3:00pm. They instructed to call another one of their people who may be available till 1:00pm. I did so and that person said he could only be there between 11 & 12.Had they been honest with me on our first phone call the week before, we probably could have made the time work, but definitely could not on the DAY OF the event.We had to call another rental company last minute to obtain the items needed, luckily they had them available.Not very trustworthy. Would not recommend.

Overall we had a great experience with GN Rental. The tent that we had was absolutely stunning and we had so many compliments on it! We also loved the food carts and couch that we had, but we were very upset that the chairs we ordered for our mandap weren't the ones that were delivered the day before our wedding and weren't available for our wedding day, which caused us to have a panicked scramble to figure something else out and we actually had to rent chairs from Flamingo Banquet Hall in Vallejo (thank goodness they had comparable chairs). Aside from this hiccup, we were very happy with the service and would rent from them again.
