My kids & I have been going here for years! ? The dentists and staff have always been exemplary! ? Only once or twice in the ten years that I've chosen to go here, have I ever had an issue with a person on the staff. I always made sure to let my dentist know what was said, so they could correct the attitude of their staff. That was long ago & it did NOT deter us from ACTUALLY WANTING to go to the dentist! ? We have never felt awkward or uncomfortable having chosen this dental location. The dentists & staff are always reassuring, friendly, polite, funny, and comforting. Montpelier and Aborn: Most of the dentists are nice, and competent. But, for simple tooth extraction, I have been rescheduled, by the receptionists, 6 times, so about 2-3 months time delay. What is the problem there? I rescheduled with a new dentist and was able to get in for the consultation. But, again, when it came to extraction day, another reschedule call. Is there just not enough dentists working there??? Or what??? So frustrating. And on top of that, it is a front tooth, so I can't make any luncheon or dinner dates and people are thinking I'm antisocial. So frustrating.

I'm terrified of going to the dentist. Phobic. I don't really want people to know this, but I think this review is important if someone else has a similar affliction. The staff, nurses, and dentist were the kindest, gentlest, that I've ever know. I was still very scared, but that was me. Despite this, I have never felt so safe, or cared for, in a dentistry office. They went above and beyond to explain to me what was happening, and what I could expect.
