We had a fabulous experience with this company -- they helped us right away with giving us samples and answering all our questions. They seemed very warm and helpful and everything was completed quickly and efficiently.
I also wanted to mention that we were the "passing white" couple identified in a recent review. To clarify: our conversation was about how our daughter is learning Chinese at her new school and we are very excited for her. Because she is young, she is more receptive to the musical nature of the Chinese language and runs around the house singing beautiful Chinese songs.
