Doctor Mindy has helped educate me extensively on many personal health journeys. I'm 44 and in the last 2 years I've embarked on numerous fasts, and have turned to Dr. Mindy's hour by hour breakdowns of what's going on inside my body many times to give me encouragement to stay on track. 40 lbs lighter and years younger both looking and feeling I just had to leave a 5 star review to say thank you.
