Love this F45 location!! Coaches that are awesome, motivating and great at fixing your form!! Higher end equipment with squat racks, Olympic barbells and plates, cable pulleys, and Assault Bikes. Plus a great group of members whatever class you go to.
F45 WGE is more than just a workout, it’s a community.
Every time I start my day with an F45 session, I feel amazing! The coaches are super motivating and always there to help. I’ve pushed myself in every class, all in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. It’s the BEST!!
