We spent about 4 months researching water softeners, considered a wide range of products and talked to many businesses. In the end, we worked with Martin to install a Water Right water softener combined with a whole house filter to remove chlorine. Martin gave us clear and straightforward advice on what products to use. He was willing to work with us and customize the install. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, his installation was spot on, and his prices are very reasonable. Of course, it is too soon to know how the water softener will hold up over time, but I am confident we will get good service from Martin if we ever need it. Martin helped install a new water softener and removed an old/leaky one about a week ago. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave tips on how to maintain the softener. It's been working great! -Removed old softener -Modified piping to work with new softener -Unboxed/installed new softener -Tested water hardness -Programmed softener -Cleaned and removed all packaging Thanks again for the the install Martin!

I called Martin to replace our old gas water heater with electric one. The house was without hot water so I appreciated the prompt response. He walked me through all available options and answered my questions to help me make the best choice for us. The installation was scheduled soon after that and the work was completed on time. The old heater did not have a thermal expansion tank so Martin recommended to install one and I thought safety was never a bad idea. At the end he explained how to take care of the new heater and gave me some advices to extend the life of the appliance. I am glad I called on Martin for this project and I will do so again.
