Shlomi has become a friend! I have worked with him twice now on two properties and he has been impeccable with his work on both properties. He is super responsive, even coming out during the July 4th weekend due to an emergency while still giving me a great price. I can't recommend him enough. Like I said, most importantly he is a good guy.

Fairprice heating&colling are amazing! I had a problem with my ac unit. We called that company, and they sent someone on the same day. They diagnose the problem and tell me it's something easy to fix. They price is reliable and the technicians were professional. I'm very happy with They service and definitely will call them whenever I need them. Thank you so much !!

Shlomi came on a Sunday to help look at an issue with our furnace. He is super courteous and patient in listening to our description. Although we were not able replicate the issue for dianostic during his 30 minute visit, Shlomi offered to follow up as needed. This is not even the work that his company installed but he took the time to make sure our equipment at least works while he was there. The company defintely earned a place in my trusted list of contractor for referrals and services!

I can't speak as to the quality of their work because I didn't get that far. I had scheduled a service call for a furnace repair at 5 PM on a Friday. I left work early that day so that I would be home in time to meet the technician. Unfortunately the technician was a no-show. No call or text either. I called the business number - the guy who answered (I didn't get a name) - seemed flummoxed about who I was or why I was calling. At first I thought I had dialed a wrong number. "Furnace repair??" Isn't that what they do? At any rate he eventually connected the dots. Apologized, said that somehow my appointment had not been put on the work schedule. He offered to reschedule for the following Monday. I had already been without heat for several days and didn't want to wait, so I declined and called another business that came out the next day. I felt that the whole process was handled very unprofessionally.

When my old Bryant gas furnace stopped heating during cold weather, I needed it repaired quickly. Shlomi came out same-day, diagnosed the issue, ordered a replacement igniter + flame sensor, and replaced the faulty parts first thing next AM. Shlomi also took the time to explain what the malfunction was and what my options were. Excellent service. Look forward to working with him in future.

The team offers additional services on top of what was originally promised. An example of additional services provided that was outside of our agreement going in: offered to add additional improvements to make the units less noticeable and less of an eye sore.
