Hieu is wonderful! She is a perfectionist and takes pride in her craft. I am very fortunate to have found her on Google, but she told me she shows more details of her work on Instagram. Hieu is very meticulous, taking time to measure and mark the brow shape evenly, to match the color to the skin tone and shape. She is very gentle (I was expecting much more discomfort with semi-permanent), very skilled, and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the results (I naturally do not have much of a brow). Michelle is the most Dedicated professional person in the industry. I had the best four hour session a person could ask for! Any kind of work you need you should see her, she is absolutely amazing.

I’ve been seeing Michelle for my eyebrows for several years now, and she’s the only one I trust, even though I drive from Hayward, which is about 1 hour away! My experiences have always been excellent. She’s incredibly welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home. I get the ombré and nano stroke combo, and as an artist, she’s highly knowledgeable and professional. She provides detailed recommendations based on skin tone, type, and shape, and her process is quick and painless. She always listens to what I want and works with me perfectly. I will be returning again and again. ☺️
