Long overdue review!! So I first met Michelle in 2019. I had a bad experience with another lady and EM Lash & Brow was highly recommended by a friend . Her business is super cute & very clean. Michelle is amazing!! She is very personable & easy to talk to. And she is extremely talented! She does a wonderful job. She takes her time to make sure she gets it right. She's quite the artist!! The whole experience was great. She plays very relaxing music and is very gentle. I felt absolutely nothing!! I will never go to anyone else, ever!!!!

Michelle is an artist! She carefully designed my new nano brow shape and checked in with me to make sure I liked the shape. Appointment scheduling was a breeze and I was quickly able to book my initial appointment as well as my 6 week complimentary touch up. Michelle does a great job making sure you're comfortable, using high quality products (even high end numbing cream from Korea!). It was a very relaxing experienced and I found myself almost falling asleep while getting tattooed! I will definitely return to Michelle for future brow and eyelash services!

I had toyed with the idea of micro blading my eyebrows for a while but wouldn't consider it unless I found someone exceptionally qualified. You wear the results on your forehead! Thank goodness I got a great referral to Michelle who far surpassed my expectations! She was diligent in answering all my questions and making sure I was 100% comfortable and I relied on her expertise and experience on the critical shape and color questions.
