Rude service on the phone. I Didn't even want to book after they were yelling at me and not answering the basic questions I had. It almost seemed like I was an inconvenience to them when I am the paying customer

I specifically informed the receptionist of what I needed and she gave me a lady who was not dressed appropriately and gave a messy massage. She was not careful about touching my vaginal area as I lie in my back. I paid a decent amount for an unpleasant experience. I will never go back there.
