I have never been someone who could stick with a gym routine. In the past, I’d sign up, get bored within a few weeks, and completely lose interest. Elite Spartans totally changed that for me.
This place is flat-out addictive. Instead of finding excuses to skip a workout, I actually find myself wanting to come back for more. I joined Elite Spartans in March. I had been doing workouts at a gym on my own for the past few months, but wanted to try a class gym structure. I really enjoy the pacing of the classes, and all the instructors are friendly supportive. I also like the feedback on exercises and movements to help improve my form. It helps to make sure I'm targeting the right muscle the exercise is designed for.
My endurance and strength have steadily been improving over my time taking the classes, and I like that there is a weight training class and a HIIT style, so you can vary your classes as you want.
