We had a leak underneath our bathroom sink, the appointment I scheduled the day before no show and no communication. I looked for another company and found Elite Rooter - best decision!! I texted and had someone call me back seconds later and within 30mins Zach came in. He evaluates the problem - gave the best options. He went to get the parts for the sink - within less than 1hr everything was fixed. We’re so happy with the level of professionalism, punctuality and knowledge. We’ll definitely use Elite Rooter services again for the future. I would recommend them as we appreciate top notch service!

Excellent work by Daniel Anguiano. Very neat and clean. Also, he’s a very kind and friendly person. I highly recommend if something breaks down, Daniel is the man to call to fix it. This wasn't my first service call with Elite Rooter. We live in an old house and the pipes are old, too. My call was answered promptly and a very professional young man, Erick Zavala, showed up when promised. While the old pipes gave him some trouble, he was able to get our bathroom sink draining again!
