Kraig, the owner, proudly stands by his business and product. We ran into a hurdle with the wood deck interfering with connecting the tenting to bare ground. Kraig invested his time to map out possible solutions and scenarios. He even personally spoke to our next door neighbors with small children to ease their concerns about safety. After a couple of days, we were back in the house, termites gone, happy neighbors and very minimal loss to plants. Thank you Kraig and team Driskell!
We had Thrasher come out a couple years ago to tent and fumigate our house. Thrasher subcontracted the work to Driskell. Drywood termites had got in the house. Two and a half years later we found that the termites were back in the same spot. Thrasher offers a three-year warranty, and we asked them to honor that warranty. They did. They returned and tented and fumigated again. I believe that Driskell's owner had a hand in persuading people who may have been reluctant to do more than a spot treatment. While I am disappointed that we had to tent and fumigate twice (because it's a lot of trouble for the homeowner, not to mention loss to the fumigator), I respect Thrasher...read full review
