On Sunday, I needed immediate service so I started going down the list of plumbers near me that are open 24/7.
Four different businesses didn’t answer the phone and one said they only take appointments…. What???
Drain Doctor Fremont was next and I was assured someone would be at my home within the hour. The technician was here within 30 minutes and just as quickly he had cleared the drain from the street.
Both the office and the technician were very courteous and wanted to make sure I was satisfied.
The task was completed, but I will tell you service makes all the difference!
