Had a deep tissue massage with Lena and it was EXCELLENT. She really focused on where my pain was and worked hard in the high tensions areas, while balancing the session with stretches and relaxing pressures. Facility was inviting and lovely. Will def be back.
I had a lovely experience with Minde. I explained to her what pain and areas I wanted her to focus on and she exactly that. She grounded herself well with my breathing and I felt relaxed with her slow but firm pressure. Once she pinned on my problem areas she really worked into it. Personally I can handle a bit of discomfort and was prepared and wanted that. She checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable while I respected. The front desk was very kind navigated what I was looking for. I'm looking forward to seeing Mind again to get through some more of the pain relieved. I love coming here. The therapists are very professional and the hours are very convenient and expansive in addition to the online booking which helps to get in quickly when I happen to get some time in the day.
My massage therapist is Mint and she is excellent. I remember thinking on the first day that we met that (before I saw her since I was lying face down) that she must be some huge woman…only to find that she was actually a petite powerhouse! I always get deep tissue treatment and she seems to have a sixth sense as to where the issues are and she uses a variety of techniques to get the best therapeutic results.
