Strongly recommend Cupertino driving school. I took a lesson with Mr. Zhang a day before my test. He is an excellent teacher and gave me all the pointers I needed to pass the test. I ended up booking the car through the school. They provide all the documents, pick up and drop you off, and assist you at the DMV, all for a very reasonable price.
