Courtside Cleaners does a great job with my tailoring and alterations. Whether it's a simple hem, a zipper repair, or adjusting the fit of a piece, they always get it right. The quality of their work shows and everything looks well-finished and done well. The staff are very experienced and work efficiently without cutting corners. It's nice knowing I can drop off my clothes and trust that they'll come back fitting perfectly. I recommend this place to all people.
I selected Courtside Cleaners due to the great ratings on Yelp. This was my first time with this cleaner. I am disappointed to have to share my experience for the two items I took in for alterations. The end result of the alternation came out fine, although a bit pricey. $40 for a dress hem (2 layers) and $25 for a jacket hem. At drop off, the lady at the counter, I suspect is the owner. She wasn't welcoming, looked upset. She barely wanted to speak to me and pointed over to a makeshift changing room, gesturing for me to try on my alterations. I followed her instructions, was given the price, ticket and I left. Upon pick up, 2 days after it was ready, she opened late so there was a line and while she was helping the customer in front of me, she pointed me to a rack and asked me to look through it for my alterations. I let her know it's not there. She couldn't locate my items and then realize it's in her car. She took a rolling rack to her car in front of the store and loaded my dress along with other items, a basket full of clothes. She dropped a pair of pants and jacket along the way where I helped pick it up for her. She is a mess. Highly disorganized and a bit worried that she has lost my tweed jacket - she later found in the store. She placed my 2 items on a hanger and sent me on my way. I asked her for a plastic cover in which she hesitated but obliged. We all have off days and the lack of customer service initially did not deter me from returning. However, the disorganization and searching for my items questions if my items will be lost one day. Not a good feeling.
Half the price of my other cleaners. Clothes are always clean and pressed.Always on time. Have seen police and military uniforms in there must mean they trust her as well. They are always working when I go in there.
