As life does... our air conditioner decided to blow hot air only during a recent heat spell. I reached out late at night to a few companies and CostLess responded immediately and we scheduled an inspection for the next day. The service tech was prompt, super polite and found that we were out of Freon. We are now enjoying cool air again and have made a note to call them back in the fall for some duct cleaning.

He was able to come check out our unit within a couple hours of me calling which we really appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the issue and shared some great information and shared an estimate. After doing a lot of research and reading reviews online, we decided to go with Costless Heating & Cooling to replace our old 30-year-old air conditioning system, and we are so glad we did.
The team came out, inspected everything thoroughly, and gave us honest recommendations instead of trying to pressure us into unnecessary repairs. At that point, it made more sense to replace the system rather than continue fixing something that old.
