First thing to note. When you call a lot of HVAC places limiting it to local companies (we are in Los Gatos), many are not local. We had our AC go out during the heat wave (today, October 5). I called a few companies who were unable to schedule for several days. CostLess was busy but came the same day. Very pleasant and professional father son team. Took care of everything and had our system running smoothly in short order. Very communicative and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
