Josh Kurmel has been very responsive, forthcoming, and helpful as we explored the possibility of replacing our gas furnace with a heat pump for cooling as well as heating. His team installed the indoor and outdoor units in a couple of days and tied them into our solar-electric system to keep it ON if there’s a grid outage. It came online just as our first heatwave hit and we’re very glad of it. Josh also helped us navigate the rebate application & permitting processes, which will give us a 16% discount when all is said and done.
