I had 2 plumbing repairs. Replacing water connectors to the washer and replacing shower cartridge. It took 2 visits; one for estimate and one for the repair. Both visits took about one hour. I called on Thursday and was able to get an appointment at 11 am and repair was completed on Monday. Both service reps were courteous and prompt. Text messages to confirm appointment and estimated time of arrival worked well.
Danny is extremely experienced and well communicated. He knows exactly what the issues are and then provides the solutions. He explains things wells and also provides good recommendations. This makes the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommended!
Danny Harn - doesn't get any better in terms of expertise and customer service.
