I have been to several Concentras all over the country for preemployment testing. This one was by far the nicest one I have ever been to. The staff were very nice and personable and the process was relatively quick. My only complaint is that when they take you back to get your vitals, you are in another room with other patients who are getting vaccines and getting blood drawn. There is no privacy. They ask personal questions such as birthdate, last name and then say out loud what you were there for. The medical assistant that did most my physical was excellent. He communicated well and thoroughly explained everything to me, and he did an excellent job with these like my blood draw. The physician assistant who completed my physical was also very good!

I was seen for a pre-employment visit. The clinic is a bit run down. As a healthcare provider the lab tech should have told me what labs were being drawn and had me double check the labels on the vials for name and dob - this was not done.
