Compass Home Inspections L.L.C.

Brian is a great guy with broad knowledge of the seemingly endless number of issues and elements one must consider when buying, in my case an older, more destressed property. Thanks Brian.

Frank was the property inspector for a home that I was buying. After we got into contract to purchase, My wife and I setup time with him to go over the report (over phone) as it was written with great detail and was more than 70 pages long describing safety concerns, potential repairs or in general monitoring with clear pictures and next steps. We connected over phone to review the report and he patiently answered all our questions. He was professional and gave context with his statements and in some cases explained some of the old building codes or some science behind some of the issues. He also gave candid and clear explanation on the issue which helped us prioritize fixes and put us at ease. As a buyer of any home in the bayarea, having someone like Frank to give you a detailed but honest review of his report is more than what you can ask for. Additionally he did this review with us free of charge for a service that he did not have to perform. This speaks volumes of his genuine interest to help and care for people and stands by his report. I would highly recommend Frank for anyone in bayarea for a home inspection. Keep up the good work Frank.

My inspector, Frank, was very professional, friendly and thorough. He showed up on time, explained everything and took a great deal of care and time during the inspection. I felt the pricing was fair and the service was excellent. I would recommend Frank and Compass Home Inspections without any reservation.
