Great studio with an amazing team of instructors and front desk staff. I love taking classes here. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and create a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. Since taking classes here, I have noticed a significant improvement in my mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Highly recommend this center.

I’ve been going to a Pilates studio in West San Jose, and I truly can’t recommend it enough. The studio is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained every time I visit. What stands out the most is the quality of the instructors — they provide high-level teaching tailored to every experience level, from beginners to advanced students.
I originally started Pilates because of my lower back pain, and thanks to their careful guidance and expertise, my back has improved so much. I feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced than before.

I finished my 100th Pilates. I started by introducing my friend, but I think it helps with my back pain. In my case, I think Pilates is more comfortable than other active exercises.
