I had a kitchen sink drain problem that I couldn't fix myself so I looked around yelp and decided to give Tai a try. I called him and he was quick to respond and gave me same day service with a reasonable quote. Tai was very nice, respectful and professional when he arrived at my house. We thought it was a simple drain issue that could be resolved with a machine auger but the problem didn't go away at first. With his many years of experience, he was able to detect the bigger issue and fix it as soon as he could. He also provided great tips on how to prevent this issue to occur again. I am very happy with the excellent service that Tai provided and will continue to reach out to him for any plumbing needs.

I've used Tai several times in the past at a couple properties, and he has always been VERY responsive and timely. Yesterday, my mother's water heater failed. She called her usual company, and they couldn't come out for another 2 days...and 2 days without hot water sucks. So, I called Tai for her, and within 3 hours she had a new water heater installed, and for cheaper than they other guys. She loved Tai, and so do I. Also, I won't get into the details of my mistake, but let me tell you, Tai is truly honest and a man of great character.

I had a leaky toilet and Kai came over to take a look. He gave me an honest assessment of the problem and asked me to replace the toilet rather than replace it. He also recommended models I should consider. While I didn't hire Kai for the job since I had an install deal with the new toilet purchase, I was impressed with how prompt and honest he was.
