Completed 2 walk-ins for nail clippings for one big energetic dog and one elderly grumpy little pup and the service was efficient and the co-owner, Ana, super sweet and professional. Will definitely come back!
My Pomeranian needed a groom urgently and Anna was able to get my fur baby in for a same day appointment just 2 hours after I called which was a first! She was very welcoming and I felt very comfortable leaving my baby with her. It only took 2 1/2 hours for him to be done which is amazing. There was even a discount for new customers. I will definitely be back and would recommend coming here!
5 stars for Charm’s! It was my 2 year old mini labradoodle’s birthday , and her first time at Charm’s. The booking process online was clear and easy. Canela was welcomed by Ana- so so kind and sweet! She got a special birthday bandana. She was nervous but Ana reassured us. She was very attentive and welcoming. I was nervous to pick her up because my son would be with me later in the afternoon- he has severe autism and it’s hard to take him inside places. I explained this to Ana and she was so compassionate and accommodating! I got a text when it was almost time for pick up, and Ana brought Canela out to my car for me.
