Galina is a true healer. Her massage started with a personal consultation prior to the massage to align on target areas. I was then welcomed to a warm relaxing room standard to other massages. Then during the massage I received open conversation that helped me relax not only physically but also mentally. In short, it was therapeutic. Afterwards she followed up with helpful recommendations and suggestions to continue healing the problem areas. Admittedly, the massage was not what I expected, but it was definitely what I needed. Galena was very personable and knowledgeable. She was receptive when I needed fascia work and was able to work on problem areas on my shoulders and back. The pain in my shoulder has disappeared and I am able to lift and carry more weight with it without pain. I’ll need more work on it in the future but Galina was able to work out the area and I had noticeable relief after years of pain.
