Had mixed experiences. They have a good selection of countertop quartz in stock, and you can pick them yourself. However, the sales person kept telling us that these were high-quality stone with over 93% of quartz, when in fact they were no more than 87% as we were told by the installers (they cut the quartz, so know what they are dealing with).

Furthermore, when it comes to product manufacturing issues, the sales person unfortunately prioritizes the vendor over customer. In our case led to several days os delay. Yet, not a single word of apology was given.

Great selection of materials, and well priced, good quality cabinets. The manager (Tom) is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to picking products and understanding installation issues. As others note, they do have restocking fees, and in many cases that fee comes from the supplier.
They have a giant warehouse of cabinet components, which they can assemble into many configurations.

Did a full remodel a few years ago. Was brought here by our contractor to pick out cabinets and ordered. What we received was not what was on display. Was told that they switched manufacturer and the new cabinets aren't of the same quality. A couple years later, the doors started to chip from very light use. Would've given 1 * but the counter tops were fine.
