Despite communication difficulties my dishwasher was installed on the day of the appointment just several hours late. The installation done Rolando was exceptional. Some issues with parts were addressed and resolved the same day. The additional work did raise the initial estimate, but that was to be expected. This would have been a 5 star review if not for the communication issues. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend them.
Demarco and his coworker were Great! 5 Stars! (And we are picky). They were friendly, sharp, and obviously very experienced. We had a wall oven installation in a very tight space. Initially it did not quite fit. The thick electric cord casing blocked the perfectly flush fit that we were looking for. Demarco and his coworker could have walked away...like other installers we have used in the past...at the first sign of difficulty. Instead, they stayed and studied the problem from all angles. They figured out how to make it work...in a way that we never would have thought of. It was kinda genius. The Oven Fits the Space Perfectly now. We could not be happier the team, the process, and the results.
Demarco was a pro that contacted me when I ordered a new stove from Home Depot. I needed the gas to be disconnected on my old stove, haul-away, and the new stove to be installed. Not every appliance company has haul-away services. DeMarco was flexible as I had a Saturday delivery and it ended up arriving at the beginning of the window. He sent Steven and another team member over and they did a great job removing the old oven, cleaning up the area, and replacing the new stove. Thank you!
