I have the membership at the spa and it's been worthwhile especially since I found my favorite aesthetician for my regular facials. Having access to the member Spa is great as well. I like to go on weekdays so that I can beat the crowds. And since it's located in Santana Row it's always convenient and I love stopping by my favorite Cocola cafe as well for coffee and a pastry after my spa appointment.

I love coming here. I love the deep tissue massage and sauna. This last time I went I use the hot tub, but the edges of the tub had some buildup which was kind of gross, but for the most part this place is already really clean.

Edited/added a review: I love it here! The only thing I don’t like is that the manager kind of looks at me crazy (like a judgmental look up and down), every time I go. Is that just me?
