Very happy with the Bruno's Cleaning crew. We have used them a few times over the past year. They are prompt, expedient, and thorough. The customer service is also top notch. Bruno is extremely responsive over text, and it's easy to schedule appointments. They also go out of their way to accommodate last minute requests. I hired them to do a move-in clean of our new home. The house had already been cleaned but vacant for around 2 months. I explained this and wanted them to do a thorough refresh of the house for dust, stains and stuff. The carpet was brand new, so there was no heavy duty cleaning at all. Based on the reviews I expected them to have the house spotless. Unfortunately i was very disappointed. When I walked around later I found cobwebs in the corners, dusty bathroom vanities, stains on the pantry shelves and fireplace. One of the ovens was also not cleaned.
